By Śrī Śrīla Shyām Dās Bābā Mahārāja

Some so-called ācāryas explain wrong way to establish that, — the gold crown of Śrīla Parīkṣita Mahārāja was a place where Kali entered because Kali was given a place to stay in gold by he himself, at the time of chastising Kali, so they claim that by the influence of Kali, the brain of Śrīla Parīkṣita Mahārāja went out of order. First of all we must try to understand the history about the crown which was there on his (Parīkṣita Mahārāja) head. Where from this crown came, we must know this fact. Actually that invaluable crown was originally on the head of King Jarāsandha and after his death was collected by Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself to put on the head of Śrīla Yudhiṣṭhira Mahārāja at the time of his mahā-rājya-abhiṣeka (during the arrangement of Rājasūya-yajña by him which was approved by Śrī Kṛṣṇa) by Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself to announce him as the topmost king in this whole world—who can enjoy the complete sovereignty of the whole world and subsequently through the succession of that royal dynasty this crown was given to Śrīla Parīkṣita Mahārāja as the king of the Kuru dynasty. So how this can be possible at all for Kali to enter into the crown which was personally approved by Śrī Kṛṣṇa Himself. This can be treated as the prasādam of Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Also another very spectacular point should be considered very carefully that, Śrīla Parīkṣita Mahārāja is known as Mahā-Bhāgavata already declared by Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. So by keeping this point in mind, how one can pass this kind of hasty wrong conclusion? Do you know what all are those symptoms of one Mahā-Bhāgavata Vaiṣṇava like Parīkṣita Mahārāja?
