Long ago when Garuda Bhagavan forcefully taken the pitcher of amrita from heaven then he was bound to sit on the tree with amrita kalsi, then somehow a drop of amrita might have fallen on the tree, so the tree was alive to witness the direct lila of Krsna to get eternity.
Sankar Bhagavan enjoying full kripa of Krsna, so he took the venture to drink kalkut poison, which became a nice decoration ( ornament ) for his throat .
